How to Use
- To Warm: Place the insert in the microwave on a rotating carousel. Heat in 30-second intervals, shaking and flipping between each session. Do not exceed 2 minutes total heating time. Alternatively, tumble warm in the dryer for up to 6 minutes.
- To Chill: Seal the insert inside a plastic bag and place it in the freezer for 30 minutes or longer before use.
- To Add Scent (Optional): Add a few drops of your preferred essential oil directly onto the insert surface and gently massage it in before heating or cooling.
